has anyone run the Sandy River since Marmot Dam was removed? I'd like to run the Sandy River Gorge section this upcoming season, but I know this is a fairly hairy section, at least before the dam was removed. Anybody have more current info?
hhmmmm, that's really tempting, but its hard for me to commit right now and I'd hate to bail later on. I'll at least plan on logging some river miles before then. Anyone else?

Hope someone else can give numbers. Beyond numbers, just remember to remind them that if a rafter falls out of the raft, they only have a helmet and pfd for protection.
We have a buoyant craft, pfd, helmet, protection from the cold, and flippers.
