Joseph Doughty said… - I'm a Crossfit addict. That was supposed to be a low back back squat. I do O-lift, but wouldn't "label" myself an "O-lifter". Doing all of the Crossfit movements leaves little time for specialization. But, feel free to check out crossfit.com, but be warned it's addicting.

I got on the Washougal River the other day. It's about 30 mins from Portland. It's nice class 2-3 and really fun. I'll hopefully be getting out a bit more before I leave for NZ.

- Hey, depending on rain I'm pretty sure we'll be headed to the Washougal. I'll let you know tomorrow how's it's shaping up. Right now it's super low, but a couple days of rain will fix that.

- Hey. It didn't rain!! It's sunny out!! Boo! There is a small chance that if it rains all night tonight or all day Sat that we may be able to go out on Sun. It's not looking so hot unless the rains start pouring! I'll keep you updated though. That's fine with me if your friend comes. Has he been boarding before? Does he have all the gear he needs? Let me know.
