Welcome Brent.

I live in Seattle, but have only gone once. I still have a lot of learning to do. There are a lot of rivers around here you can hit, you just need someone to go with that knows the river. I believe you will want to start on something mild. I'm working on getting to know others who are willing to take a newbie out. it would be nice to get a group together that can actively go.

Kevin, if your interested in going down to the gorge let me know.im sure there are spots we can run. Liz probably can point us in the right direction.I have plans the week before and utah after the weekend of July20-22 my email is on the posting below. Brent

Hey! 

I'm down in Vancouver, WA and am mostly riverboarding in the Columbia Gorge. I'd love to take you if you're down in this area. Rochelle Perry is in Bellingham and riverboards quite a bit.

Hey Liz, glad to meet ya ??? never been in the gorge...did almost blow of the bridge once. Do you have any vid's or still shots from the areas you board in down there ?. Heck Im going to utah just because its WARMER THAN HERE.I'd come down there and even drag some of these north enders down with me. We need to be seen in these rivers, then this will catch on.I'm on FB and my email is maddmaxx6@msn.com . The Gorge it is...the timing is perfect. There are a couple of schedule issues ill  need to fix, but YES, Ill be there. I even have room for 2 more people and gear...Kevin, Rochelle (hint hint) or? lets get a group together and go have some fun.
