Thanks for putting this together, Ian. I am interested, but not able to commit yet, waiting to see how finances and riverboard commitments in the US shape up around that time frame. One question though. Is there good stuff on the other sections of the Zambezi that are planned? Just curious as I'm uniformed about anything besides the big water gorge section below the falls.

same here Alicia. I may have to get all the visa stuff taken care of and then wait and see how finances or victories are coming and book a flight at the last minute.

i have been working very closely with the guy in zambia on the budget for this trip, Nico Chassing of Bundu Adventures. Trying to have the best possible trip with the lowest costs. Getting group discounts where i can and luckerly i know everyone down there so best prices on hiring rafts and safety crew etc.

I would llike it to be by the end of May, hopefully everyone should know where they stand financially by then?? Just so you guys have a heads up.... the trip in looking in around US$1500 for the 16 days. Thats transport, visas, accom, river days, 7 days fully catered for multi days. Things it excludes is alcohol, gifts, porters fees and meals when off river. But that you can budget at US$15 per day. This is all totally dependent on the amount of people on the trip. So start budgeting now, cause this will be one epic trip!!!
